This is an agreement ("Terms & Conditions" or "T&C") between you (a natural or legal person) who wishes to use the app provided by Betsens ("User"), and Betsens, a company under Belgian law, with its registered office at Sq. Victoria Régina 1, 1210 Brussels, Belgium, registered in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under company number BE0777.410.359 ("Tripolar BV"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Betsens app ("PropOS"). Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our app.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Betsens app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the app.
User Account
To access certain features of the app, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the Betsens app for any unlawful purpose or in a manner prohibited by these Terms & Conditions. You must not use the app in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the app.
User Content
Any content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and audio, that you upload, post, or otherwise make available on our app ("User Content") is your sole responsibility. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media.
Intellectual Property
The content, design, and layout of the Betsens app are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the app without our express permission.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Betsens, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the app.
Pricing
The prices of our products or services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of our products or services.
Payment Terms
Payment for products or services purchased through our app must be made in advance. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information when making a purchase. Payment may be processed through third-party payment processors, and you agree to abide by their terms and conditions.
Subscription Services
If you purchase a subscription service, you will be billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the terms of the subscription plan you selected. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your subscription, including any applicable taxes. Failure to pay may result in the termination of your subscription.
Refunds
We may offer refunds or credits for certain products or services in our sole discretion. Refunds will be provided in the same form of payment used for the original transaction. Refund eligibility may be subject to certain conditions, such as our refund policy and applicable law.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you dispute a charge on your credit card or other payment method, you agree to contact us to resolve the dispute before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks may result in the suspension or termination of your account and additional fees.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the app after any changes to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
